01 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and j3win ("Platform", "us"). This agreement takes effect from the moment you access the j3win website, register an account, or use any of the services we provide.
j3win operates under international licensing and provides online entertainment services including slots, live casino, and sports betting. All activities on this platform must comply with the laws and regulations applicable to users in their respective jurisdictions.
You acknowledge that use of this platform is at your own choice and risk. j3win reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and notice will be provided via the website or your registered email address.
02 User Eligibility
Use of the j3win platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:
- Aged at least 21 years old on the date of registration;
- Fully legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;
- Not subject to any legal prohibition in your jurisdiction;
- Not on a self-exclusion list enforced by j3win or any licensing authority;
- Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a business entity or third party.
j3win reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Accounts found to have been registered by underage individuals will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will be returned after deduction of applicable administrative costs.
03 Account Registration and Management
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the j3win platform. Registering duplicate accounts or using another person's information is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, identification card number (MyKad), mobile phone number, and a valid email address. This information is used for identity verification and payment processing purposes.
You are fully responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials;
- Notifying j3win immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account;
- Ensuring your profile information is kept up to date and accurate;
- Using a strong password and not sharing account information with any other party.
j3win will not be held responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to comply with the account security responsibilities above.
04 Deposits and Payment Methods
j3win accepts deposits through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking through FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH.
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is RM50. All successful deposits will be credited to your account shortly after transaction confirmation is received.
j3win does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, some banks or e-wallet providers may impose their own charges beyond our control. Users are advised to check the terms of service of their respective payment providers.
Any deposit suspected of involving fraudulent activity or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account involved will be frozen pending investigation.
05 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawals are processed within 1 hour after the request is verified, subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable wagering requirements.
To process a withdrawal, users may be required to submit identity verification documents such as a copy of their MyKad and proof of ownership of the payment method. This process is a standard security measure to protect your account.
Withdrawals will be rejected or delayed in the following situations:
- Bonus wagering requirements have not been fully met;
- There are transactions still under review or under investigation;
- Required verification documents have not been submitted;
- The account balance is insufficient to cover the requested withdrawal amount;
- The user has an active deposit balance that has not met the minimum turnover requirement.
Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. If the original deposit method is no longer available, users should contact customer support for assistance.
06 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
j3win offers various promotions from time to time. A 100% welcome bonus of up to RM500 is given to new users who make their first deposit. To release this bonus for withdrawal, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be met.
Applicable calculation examples:
- Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering required: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
- Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,700 → Wagering required: RM500 × 15 = RM7,500
All promotions have their own validity period. Bonuses that are unused or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified period will expire automatically. Users are not entitled to claim compensation for bonuses that expire due to their own inaction.
j3win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion without prior notice. Any attempt to exploit bonuses unfairly will result in cancellation of the bonus and possible account closure.
07 General Game Rules
All games available on the j3win platform use random number generator (RNG) technology certified by independent regulatory bodies. The outcome of every game is random and cannot be manipulated by any party.
Users agree not to:
- Use automated software, bots, or other unauthorised tools while playing;
- Collude with other users to manipulate game outcomes;
- Exploit any technical bugs or system errors for personal gain;
- Use betting strategies intended to maximise bonus usage unfairly.
Any winnings obtained through the prohibited methods above will be considered void and j3win reserves the right to reverse the relevant transactions and close the accounts involved. j3win's decision in such matters is final.
For live casino games, users are reminded to conduct themselves politely and respectfully towards all parties. j3win reserves the right to remove users from a game table if inappropriate behaviour occurs.
08 Account Suspension and Closure
j3win reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:
- Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions;
- Providing false information during registration;
- Involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or illegal transactions;
- Registering duplicate accounts or using another person's identity;
- Any conduct that may cause harm to the platform or other users.
Users also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting j3win customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned via the original payment method once the verification process is completed.
09 Limitation of Liability
j3win shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from:
- Technical disruptions, server failures, or internet connection issues;
- Data loss resulting from system failure or cyberattacks;
- Actions by third parties such as game software providers or payment providers;
- Unfavourable game outcomes resulting from the user's own choices;
- Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's failure to keep their password secure.
The j3win platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding the continuous availability of the service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated to users where possible, and j3win will endeavour to minimise disruption to users.
In circumstances where j3win's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our liability is limited to the lower of the actual loss suffered or the deposits received from the user in the 30 days prior to the incident in question.
10 Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
j3win reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to users via a notification on the platform or to the registered email address, with at least 7 days' notice before the amendment takes effect.
Continued use of the j3win platform after the effective date of any amendment is considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amendment, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the general principles of international contract law applicable in our licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation between both parties will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the relevant international licensing body.
The Malay language version of these terms is the applicable version for users in Malaysia. Should there be any conflict between different language versions, the Malay language version shall serve as the primary reference.
